A. ONLINE CATALOG

2) WARRANTY

Aftermarket merchandise bought from KE Auto-Parts Warehouse are covered by Limited Lifetime Warranty. We offer parts that are free from defects workmanship for so long as the original owner owns the vehicle on which the part is hooked up. The Limited Lifetime guarantee includes perforation (metal rust-thru) because of corrosion in regular use. In the occasion of a failure, KE will replace or restore the part. You just have to show us the proof of purchase.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This assurance does no longer consist of any prices like installation nor does it cover failure or perforation because of accident, harm, abuse, unsuitable set up, damage from the surroundings, airborne fallout (chemicals, acid rain, and so forth.), solvents or cleaning and polishing materials. This assurance does no longer apply to commercial cars.

B. TERMS OF PAYMENT

1) COD or company test(s) are the fee options upon receipt of merchandise.

2) Personal cheques are accepted, however are challenge to verification.

3) Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express are accepted.

4) OPEN ACCOUNTS:

  • Open accounts are set up upon furnishing of references and need to be permitted by means of the Credit Department before any goods could be put on account.
  • Open Account balances are due and payable via the tenth of month following the date of the invoice.
  • A finance price of 1.5% in line with month might be carried out to all late balances.
  • C. MERCHANDISE INSPECTION

5) All merchandise will be carefully checked at our warehouse prior to shipment.

6) Unless approved by KE in writing, Customer must inspect all merchandise prior to signing of invoice. Upon signing of invoice, customer acknowledges and accepts that the merchandise was received in good condition.

D. HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY

1) To return a part, please Mail us at info@kanikaenterprise.com to receive a return authorization prior to returning the part.

2) No returns will be accepted after 15 days of delivery.

3) All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and will be exchanged for merchandise or credited to your account for future purchases. All credits outstanding after 15 days will be refunded by check upon request.

4) All returns must be in new, re-sellable condition and in their original packing.

5) All special orders and non-stock item returns are subject to a 15% to 20% restocking fee.
