Return Procedure
Please email us using our email. We need your order quantity, name, phone, deal with, email address with and the part quantity you desire to return, in conjunction with a detailed explanation of why you want to go back to it. If you do now not have your order variety, please indicate while your order became bought and the full name you used upon ordering. All RA numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 commercial days with a go back delivery address and whole transport commands. No returns may be widely widespread without an RA number. If the RA quantity is not always written on the outside of the shipping container, it will be returned to you. All returns have to be postage paid transport expenses are not refundable. All go back orders must be packaged nicely we are not answerable for damaged returns that resulted from fallacious packing.
Return Policy
You can also go back and return the wrong part(s) to KE Auto Part within 15 calendar days from the date you get the details. No returns will be accepted if the 15 calendar days have elapsed. All elements to be returned in their original condition and cannot be disassembled or broken because of incorrect set-up. We are not responsible for set up mistakes. We also are not responsible for any exertion’s fees, towing charges, or rental car costs because of using wrong or defective elements during installation.
Parts Not Returnable
Service manuals, CD ROMs, and Special-order merchandise can’t be returned. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any motive.
All returns are a concern to a non-refundable 20% restocking rate. Therefore, a 20% restocking charge is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our errors.
Refunds
Refunds for returns or cores usually processed and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your returned order. Once we acquire the body or component, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve the return. Once the returned item got approved and processed, the refund might be credited to the credit card you used to buy the products. You will get hold of a “credit approved” email the day you are credited. Risk of Loss
All items bought from our website are made under our shipping terms, FOB Transport point. This means that the hazard of loss and the name of any item is handed to you on the delivery factor, while the provider accepts the products for transport.
Cancellation
All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately upon affirmation of the order. Therefore, there is a rapid time for order cancellations. If you want to cancel an order, you need to contact us without delay. No charges can be withdrawn after the payment has been confirmed, as the order will be at once processed for cargo. All orders placed from Friday 5 PM CST to Monday 9 AM CST cannot be cancelled, as these are processed over the weekend for shipment.
